Terms & Conditions — Online Courses

Please read these terms before registering for any Aatrral recorded online course.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Course format & delivery

  • All Aatrral online courses are recorded and self-paced. Recordings are delivered weekly
  • Please ensure your email address is accurate; Aatrral is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details or spam filtering. Add info@aatrral.org to your contacts.

2. Access period & extensions

  • Course access is valid for 3 months from the date of last video delivery
  • Access may be extended after 3 months at ₹500 per month, payable in advance.

3. Fees & payment

  • Course fees are as published on the Online Courses page at the time of registration. Registration is confirmed only after full payment.
  • The Recorded + Support option (where available) additionally includes a WhatsApp support group and one live FAQ call within the access period.
  • For the Electrical Root Course, the materials kit is couriered to the address you provide; please allow reasonable delivery time.

4. Refunds & transfers

  • Because recordings are delivered digitally, fees are non-refundable once the first recording has been sent.
  • If you wish to withdraw before any content is delivered, contact us within 48 hours of payment for a refund
  • Enrolment may be transferred to another learner in your family with prior intimation.

5. Personal use only

  • Recordings, notes, and kits are for the registered learner's personal use only. Sharing, reselling, re-uploading, or public screening of course content is not permitted.

6. Learners aged 12+

  • Courses are open to learners aged 12 and above. For learners under 18, registration must be made by a parent/guardian.
  • Parents are requested to enrol a child only after discussing with them — the child should be open-minded and genuinely willing to learn.
  • These courses support the school syllabus by building conceptual foundations, but they follow a different way of learning and work best with a willing learner.

7. Support & conduct

  • In support groups and live calls, we expect kind, respectful interaction. Aatrral may remove participants who disrupt the learning space, without refund.
  • For any help, contact Vijaya at 97910 70022 or info@aatrral.org.

8. Changes

  • Aatrral may update course content, schedules, or these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email.
