Terms & Conditions — Offline Camps

Please read these terms before registering for any Aatrral camp or offline program at Iyal Farm.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Registration & payment

  • Slots are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after full payment.
  • Camp fees are per head, as published on the camp page, and include facilitated experiences, healthy organic meals as per the schedule, and shared farm accommodation for residential camps.
  • Transportation to and from Iyal Farm is not included unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations & refunds

  • Cancellation 3 or more weeks before the camp start date: full refund.
  • Cancellation within 2 weeks of the camp start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 1 week of the camp start date: no refund. Your registration may be transferred to another family with prior intimation.
  • This policy helps us manage logistics and offer the spot to another participant, which becomes harder as the camp date approaches.
  • If Aatrral cancels or reschedules a camp (e.g., due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances), you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the new dates.

3. Children & supervision

  • Children aged 10 and above may attend independently or with parents; children below 10 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian throughout the camp.
  • Please provide each child's name and age accurately at registration — activities and pricing are age-based.
  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children outside facilitated sessions.

4. Health, safety & farm environment

  • Iyal is a working organic farm in a natural setting — expect soil, water, insects, uneven terrain, and weather. Participants join farm activities at their own discretion and risk.
  • Please disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, and medical conditions at registration. Carry personal medication; basic first aid is available on site.
  • Facilitators' safety instructions must be followed at all times, especially near water bodies (tank, river) and during treks or night activities.
  • Alcohol, smoking, and intoxicants are strictly not permitted on the farm.

5. Schedule & weather

  • Activities may be adapted based on age group, season, weather, and farm conditions. Outdoor experiences (river walk, star gazing, etc.) are seasonal and subject to conditions.

6. Community living

  • Camps are shared community spaces. We expect kindness, participation, and care for the farm, fellow participants, and facilities. Aatrral may ask participants who disrupt the community space to leave, without refund.
  • Accommodation is simple and shared, with separate arrangements for men/boys and women/girls where applicable.

7. Photography

  • Aatrral may photograph or record camp activities for documentation and outreach. If you prefer that you or your child not be featured, inform us at registration or on arrival — we will respect it.

8. Belongings

  • Please take care of personal belongings; Aatrral is not responsible for loss or damage to valuables brought to the farm.
