A detailed grounding in Newtonian mechanics, with a glimpse into relativity and quantum mechanics.

Space, Time & Mass

Just three parameters that convert our everyday experiences into mathematics.

Rest & Motion of Molecules

Gravity, sound, heat, electricity, magnetism, light — every natural phenomenon traced back to the rest and motion of molecules and electrons.

Life & the Senses

Sense organs, pranayama, meditation, vibration and resonance, weight loss, temperature — science shows up in the body too.
