A travelling camp. The road is the learning space.
"What if the journey itself becomes the camp?"
Let's Drive is a four-day travelling camp where the road becomes our learning space. We take it slowly, make interesting stops, witness villages and changing terrains, visit selected places and temples, and explore the stories and traditions associated with them — along with some basic automobile awareness
Distances are approximate driving distances via the typical route — actual daily distance will vary with the stops we make.
Four days, and the land keeps changing under our wheels — misty hills in Kodaikanal, cascading falls in Courtallam, open coastline at Kanyakumari. Along the way, we'll notice the biodiversity that a highway usually rushes past — the birds, the trees, the small everyday life of each landscape.
And a good part of it will simply be conversation — along the drive, at our stops, and around each night's stay.
We want to keep this journey small, flexible and easy to travel together — stopping when something catches our curiosity, making the drive itself part of the experience.
Everyone arrives at Iyal Farm the evening before the drive begins. Dinner and accommodation for the night are included, so the whole group starts fresh together the next morning.
🌙 Night Stay — Iyal FarmWe leave early the morning of December 3 from Iyal Farm / Pollachi. Along the route, we'll make a few stops to observe villages and changing terrain.
🌙 Night Stay — KodaikanalWe continue from the hills of Kodaikanal towards Courtallam. The road remains part of the experience — we drive, observe, stop and explore interesting places along the way.
🌙 Night Stay — CourtallamOur journey continues south towards Kanyakumari, experiencing changing landscapes and interesting stops along the route.
🌙 Night Stay — KanyakumariWe spend the remaining morning visiting and exploring selected places around Kanyakumari. Around 1:00 PM, Let's Drive concludes — participants can begin their respective return journeys from Kanyakumari.
Additional expenses will be shared or paid separately as applicable during the journey.
